Bobbi was amazing. Shes so nice talking too, shes talented and gave me the facial my face needed. I will book with her again. The location and booking was great too. I had a microneedle and chemical peel and loved it.

I was there this weekend and experienced a little hiccup during our facial. After reaching out to their customer service line, Chris was quick to respond and remedy the situation. I was impressed with his determination to right the situation in a world where hospitality seems to be lacking. This is the difference between a small, local business and big company. Chris was very attentive and really seemed to want to improve my future experiences there.

Do not see Maren. She gave me a chemical burn. Thought I was doing skincare and instead caused damage that will take months to heal.
The service was so bad, she freaked out mid-session and had to call her boss because she knew she did something wrong. I then had to talk to a boss on the phone to calm Maren down from the entire situation.
