If you are looking to live near downtown events in a. newly renovated condo this is the place!! This is the perfect location in which to live. We have an amazing view of the mountains. The construction was largely completed and the only piece remaining is the plaza shared common common area. It was a long project but we are just a few months away from the end of it. As far as the HOA rules go, the rules only serve to ensure dogs remain on leash in common areas in the interest of safety and a clean and orderly environment (rules against storing excess items in parking stalls and balconies). Safe, upscale condominiums I'm lucky enough to call home. The building is managed well, the community here is warm and inviting, and the option to have a pet with the dog park is a nice perk as well. If you want to live in the heart of downtown in a secure place, check it out! You'll probably love it.
