I was going to cancel my terminix account because the first treatment didn’t work and I called for a second treatment. Got scheduled for my second, the tech changed my appointment. I told him that I needed to keep my original appointment do someone would be home. The tech never showed for my scheduled appointment without a reason why. I called to cancel my terminix account because I was so frustrated. I got on the phone with Deanna and her de escalation skills are out of this world and did everything she could to help me get another appointment as a soon as possible! Nate our Tech makes Terminix look like a 10 across the board. he's great at what he does and communicates very well and services are spot on! his knowledge on his services is also spot on. Highly recommend Terminix.Service: Bug & insect extermination
