Seanna, is the best worker in the laundry mat she is always going out and beyond the top for me and my babies and other people. She always makes me and my babies feel like we are great ppl and important. The laundry mat is never dirty when Seanna is working.

The app they make you sue to pay empties your balance out if you don't use it that day. There are also no electrical plugs...so if your phone dies as you're waiting for laundry you're out of luck.
Update I definitely had $3 on my account leaving and had none the next week coming back. Not to mention the phone number you can text for help doesn't respond Even when machines take your money and don't run.
There are many other laundry mats to give your money to. Don't lose yours to this one

There was some crazy nutjob Karen yelling at us; she was this old white or Latina lady, probably 65 or 70. Super rude and noisy.

Use to love this place for how economical it used to be now they're eye gouging, cheaper options close by.

I love this place!
The 24/7 Google shows appears to be incorrect, but the hours are still very forgiving.
I've been coming here regularly for over a month and it's always been clean and safe-looking to me.
My favorite part is they have an app. You can pay through the app and it'll even send you a notification when your wash or dry is finishing.
For those that prefer carrying around cash, though, they do accept coins and tokens like normal, with a token exchange inside.

Quiet, clean, and well lit. The machines are always working and they have a variety of sizes to fit your needs. Within walking distance to Walmart if you want something to do while you wait for your laundry.

I wish they would clean their machines. lots of buildup where you dump your detergent. O TOWN DOWNTOWN does clean their machines so I have been driving the extra 20 mins for it. every time I come to Swishy Washy over the last 3 years it is a gamble if my clothes are going to come out with oil stains. also they raised their prices without improving any of the machines or cleanliness of the location.
