It’s ok. Got the Black Friday deal for $90 for 3 30 min stretches. Once you know which stretches you need to do, you can save money and do it yourself. Wouldn’t recommend a monthly subscription with them, not worth what you pay and receive.

Briana was super helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. I received a great stretch session consultation and she was honest with me about what my body most needed. You can tell she cares about helping people with their physical health and she won't sell people something that won't be of benefit to them specifically... read full review
