While UTA let us know about the rail replacement project along 3100 South, some warning that the work would involve shaking the ground violently enough to wake a person at 2AM would have been nice. Especially since said work went on for hours. In what universe was that a good idea? My pets were terrified there was another earthquake happening. I was unable to sleep as well and that has triggered my migraine. Perhaps a bit of planning and consideration for the residents around your work zone is necessary for your future projects.
