Very disappointed. They asked my wife to for tests every week, each tests overall costed us hundreds of dollars. It felt like more of subscription scheme where the assistant will ask you to get more tests done to perform more diagnosis. They ask to visit everytime to verify lab result. so again each visit will cost you 100+ dollars along with lab charges. Then they will recommend to see the actual doctor which will cost you even more. I got a bill of around 1000+ dollars for 4-5 visits. Hospital charged us separately. Never had such bad experience with any doctors elsewhere.

All of Saint Marks has a similar dead and impatient vibe but the treatment in the family medicine space was my least favorite. My doctor, Dr. Boulos, often spoke down to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, dismissed progressing pregnancy pain, and tried to pressure me to make decisions that didn’t medically align with my beliefs, knowledge, or desires for my pregnancy. My doctor also had a tendency to speak poorly to her Residencies and gave the Residencies aggressive, impatient, and I-know-better behavior. Her bad attitude and bad days bled into every single appointment I attended.
Each appointment seemed to want a blood draw, or a sample, or to refer me to another clinic. I have a very low risk and healthy pregnancy that has warranted very little attention. It felt as if they were trying to bill my insurance for as much as possible. My partner has been great about attending my appointments and when I have declined certain treatment that I didn’t feel was necessary they were okay to accept no as an answer as long as he was in the room. But each time I’ve gone by myself there has been a different tone that becomes pushy, degrading, and inconsistent.
I will not recommend this space to somebody with my same prenatal mindset and I’ll recommend caution for others who do decide to go a more medically forward route.
I hope the Resident doctors here get better treatment and a fulfilling experience that puts them on a path that aligns with their careers without needing to be bullied in front of patients by other practicing medical staff.

Update March/April 2026 Between my mother as a patient and myself, I only receive return phone calls about 30% of the time I leave a message for the medical assistants.
Great practitioners at St Mark's Family Medicine. I have nothing but positive things to write regarding my experience with this practice. They have the most responsive office staff. Providers are down to earth and non-judgmental. Definitely recommend!!

When you go in to see the doctor, with my experience, the doctor will get not only a second opinion, but it’s like a collaboration of the minds of all the doctors that are carrying for your needs. It’s awesome.

My primary care physician is Dr. Dance! She is so caring and knowledgeable! Dr. Dance is the epitome of a great doctor! She checks, and responds to emails evenings and weekends. She cares so much about her patients.

First time to see a primary care doctor as I am new to Medicare. Very good experience. Short wait time. Staff was kind, I felt heard by doctor.

Today very but experience with the recepcionist, my Sister don't received attention because she arrived 5 minutes later, and first the lady in the front desk very bad actitude and after the medical assistant of the team NP Becerra, he saw her and, with a mocking laugh, decided not to attend to her.

My visit was unfortunately a very negative experience. The doctor dismissed my pain complaints and refused to provide any pain relief, instead ordering an ultrasound that later proved to be unnecessary. The phlebotomist was noticeably unfriendly and unhelpful; when I felt faint and asked for a cup of water, she declined. Overall, the care felt rushed, dismissive, and lacking basic compassion. I hope the clinic uses feedback like this to improve patient experience in the future.

These providers have really helped me out many times. I can credit these residents with my health and my life over the years without a doubt. If you see this thank you for everything you do.

I was recommended to this place by a friend due to the amazing attending doctors they have but my visit was not the best , the girl taking my vitals just did not know what she was doing kept squeezing my arm to finally realize she had the machine on auto , my heart rate was high as I was extremely nervous because of the excessive mistakes so she was told to recheck my heart rate manually and she barely touched my wrist and said yup looks normal ? and then I got labs taken that after two weeks of waiting for results I decided to call and they said labcorp lost my labs so I contacted labcorp to ask about them and they stated that they never even received my samples , I ended up in the ER due to not getting proper medical diagnosis, I was supposed to return for a follow up visit that was even written on a card for me , then when I went they said I had no appointment scheduled at all. This place is just a mess and the medical assistants are careless and rude.
