Avoid Jerrica if you want a stylist who's able to handle basic client feedback without catching an attitude. She seemed visibly upset when I asked for a specific style, became uncomfortably rough with the shears and the haircut I ended up with was a disaster. Ruined my entire week and I’ve been hiding it under a cap for almost a month now.

The store is always clean and pleasant, especially during the COVID pandemic! I especially like my stylist, Cynthia. She does a great job on my hair and her MVP is outstanding!

I have always had a positive experiences over the years that I've gone to Sport Clips in Holladay. I would like to particularly acknowledge Jerrica who not only did a wonderful job but was also pleasant to talk to.

My husband went to get his hair cute done and he check in and he waited for then 15 minutes and more people started to come and they got them for first and they’re all white people and my husband was Mexican they told him it will be the less than 15 minutes

The service received was unsatisfactory, and I will not be returning. The haircut was poorly executed, resulting in significant damage to my hair. I was forced to shave off my curls, which I had been cultivating, to achieve an even length and the desired height. The cut was excessively high, and the stylist only inquired about my satisfaction after the damage was done. It would have been prudent to match the previous haircut's height before proceeding higher and seeking confirmation. Given that I paid in cash, I doubt a refund would be honored, especially since the stylist is unavailable to corroborate the incident.

The team at the Holladay Sportsclips may not be perfect but they are top shelf. My last visit I received the best haircut I have had in years. The credit goes to Rachel. Personally I don’t like to use product in my hair. I part my hair on the side, soif the cut is off at all my hair doesn’t stay in place or it looks off between the top and the sides. Rachel listened to what I wanted and was spot on with the length and blend. She’s a real professional!
