Professionalism at it's best. I thought the oak floors at our new (but old) house were beyond help. As you can see from the first photo, the floors were in terrible shape and there were awful black mold stains throughout the house. Travis is such a craftsman and the floors look brand new! Perfect communication from James. These gentlemen showed up when they said they would, kept in touch every day about their progress, and made the floors look beautiful. I wish every company was as well-run as Signature Floors.

Bid was double every other bid I got. When questioned James said in a long email ‘You get what you pay for, we are hands down the best’. If that’s the case I overpaid!!!!! They are great if you need a little touch up but when a floor comes out crappy (scratches all over the perimeter of the floor) then it’s game over. They are very prideful unless it doesn’t come out right the first time then they walk away. $4700 (about $9/sq ft) for a scratched up floor. No thank you!!!

Signature floors did a fantastic job on the oak hardwood floors in our recent home remodel. The floors are solid, quiet and beautiful. They make me happy every time I look at them.
Signature did a great job matching the color and finish of the original and new floors; and a great job creating a nice transition from original to new flooring.
The first flooring that was delivered to our house was the wrong size. This was not Signature's fault but the result of a miscommunication between us and our contractor. Despite that, Signature hauled away the incorrect flooring and brought back the correct size at no charge. (This was a lot of work for them.)
Signature communicated well with us so we were able to plan around times when we needed to be out of the house. They worked smoothly with our contractor and other subcontractors. They were professional and friendly. I'd definitely recommend Signature Floors to friends and family.
