“Andy called us regarding old stains on our 50-year-old curtains. We told him we have no standards and to do what was possible.
Then the delivery man Ismael (Peru) delivered them. They are very heavy. Ismael cheerfully carried them up the stairs for us ( we are 86 and 88). What a sweet man!
