“Andy called us regarding old stains on our 50-year-old curtains. We told him we have no standards and to do what was possible.
Then the delivery man Ismael (Peru) delivered them. They are very heavy. Ismael cheerfully carried them up the stairs for us ( we are 86 and 88). What a sweet man!
I will use Red Hanger for everything! Wonder if they could steam out my skin?

They worked hard to remove every stain, and when I picked it up, they were genuinely disappointed they couldn’t get a few tiny permanent marks out (maybe a cm in diameter). “I can't give 1 star for 1 bad incident. Went in today 8/20/24. I was picking up and dropping off. The girl had an attitude because I didn't have my claim tag. She gave me a condescending lecture on why I needed to have it, instead of saying "It's no problem, I'll look it up" like the others have done for 6 or more YEARS doing business with Durfeys. I dropped off my slacks in MY car and went to pick up in my WIFE'S car. Then when I told her about her attitude, she said "Maybe we aren't a good business fit for you" So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's too bad! I liked the older ladies you had working there. These young people don't give a crap about customer service!“
