Okay, I'll admit I did not purchase a mattress directly from them, but purchased a mattress from RC Willey that they had manufactured. I bought this mattress 20+ years ago and it is STILL comfortable! I had a roommate who asked to buy it when he moved out because it was such a nice mattress! That's incredible quality.

Hey Shon H. (you were our rep), Lori MacKay here. You promised me a mattress and I haven't heard back from you since October. I trusted that you would make good on your word, I sold a bunch of your mattresses. We still have a lot of people asking where and what kind of mattresses to buy. Integrity is a big part of life.

zero recommendation, very careful. it is the worst thing because i buy a mattress online it takes 4 weeks to arrive, i buy a firm mattress i even talk to a representative because i suffer from back pain i recommend a medium firm mattress, well i bought it online. after 3 months the mattress was sinking i talk because the mattress i purchased is not the one they sent me, the return procedure was done, i speak to 3 serta representatives they said they were going to return the money to me in a gift card not in the original payment method with which one purchased the mattress, according to the serta representatives, their names: minnie, jacobo and antoni, they made an escalation for them to return the money on the original payment card, it is a disappointment because i did not want to return the money in the method of original payment. very disappointed with serta and its employees, the worst i will never buy a mattress with serta again they do not work for the price its high, i put this so that no one goes through the same situation, it is very stressuing. zero recommendation.
