Don't get me wrong, Luba is a licensed therapist, knows her stuff and the massage was pretty good, however, I had to take a star because, the place was in dire need for a make over and a good scrubbing. I felt I was in someone's apartment with the kitchenette off to the side. There were no business cards, there was no option for a credit card payment and I needed a receipt that could not be provided. I also had to knock off a star because she was watching some Russian tv show off of YouTube on her cell during the entire massage. I would have preferred to be a little more pampered during my visit. Easy fixes to make a great business.
