I went to Dr. Sealy after months of infertility. I had never had acupuncture before but thought it was time to try. Dr. Sealy also helped me come up with a diet plan and a new outlook for getting pregnant. After 1 cycle I was pregnant!

We started working with Heather in November after 3 years of struggling to get pregnant. By the end of December we got pregnant. Although we miscarried after 6 weeks, I know that because of Heather's guidance and herbs and support we were able to carry that long. I'm very grateful for her expertise. She has a gentle approach to fertility which was what we needed on our journey together as a couple. We are so hopeful for our future to have a baby and know that the tools that Heather gave us will be the cornerstone of our success. Thank you Heather.

I went to Eastern Bench Holistic Healthcare to help balance my hormones, feel better overall and to help my body get pregnant (I'm 47 so I needed help with all the above). It's incredible the differences I feel in just two months! My cycle is regulating, my blood is moving through my system, I feel more clarity, have more energy and overall just feel better. It's been a LONG time I just felt good in general, so long I really forgot what or how good I am supposed to feel. In just two months I've seen amazing changes in my body and how much better I feel. I would highly recommend her!
