I had to take my dog into a different emergency vet and sadly had a terrible experience that resulted in being overcharged and told my dog would pass away by morning.They requested that if I weren't going to hospitalize him, to get another x-ray done the following day. Red Butte fit me in very last minute and on the day after Christmas. I had spent the past 24 hours extremely anxious about my dog and Dr. Brandt helped to calm down a lot of my anxieties. They took another x-ray and let us know what was actually going on with him. I adopted my baby Husky girl back in 2017 when she was only 3 weeks old under a challenging circumstance. Dr. Brandt has been taking outstanding care of my Husky girl since day one! Red Butte Vet is a pillar of support & expertise and I’m so grateful for having Dr Brandt as our primary care vet! Her unwavering commitment to pets well-being and genuine love for animals is remarkable. The staff in general has always been excellent - helpful, caring and proactive. This is very dear to my heart & I appreciate being able to trust Red Butte with my dog’s health & well-being.

I called after my cat got a gash in her leg from the groomer shaving her without my permission. I was so distraught on the phone but the receptionist was incredible patient and helpful. She fit me into the schedule immediately, despite the clinic being busy. They were incredibly understanding and helpful with me, and made the entire situation much less stressful and traumatic for my cat and myself. Will absolutely be bringing my cat back for anything she needs!
