I like luikeinaar, I've gone here for years, she's made me feel more comfortable than any other doctor. however, her staff is incompetent, rude, and the clinic is so poorly handled I've had to find a new doctor. I understand they're understaffed, that doesn't mean you get to be disrespectful, and your "billing" person shouldn't just be your receptionist who has no clue what she's doing. She told me that she couldn't tell me if they took my insurance because she "didn't want to be responsible if we don't," ok. cool. why are you the billing person.Florence is legitimately the rudest receptionist I've encountered anywhere. The most respectful and comfortable experiences I’ve ever had in a medical setting have been here. Dr. Luikenaar is thorough with all questions and information, and the whole staff is very sincere. Thank you Rebirth for offering so many resources to the people in the state who need them!

Great trans healthcare, but the front desk talked to someone else thinking it was me scheduled and appointment for them under my name. They wouldn't let me go to *my* appointment unless I paid a $50 no show fee for someone else, but they promised they'd fix it later, so I paid. Now they're refusing to reimburse me, saying "we verified your birthday" (yeah, and if this person wasn't paying attention they may have just said, "uh, yes" to the wrong birthday), and aren't even sending my medical question about not doing my injection deep enough to Dr. Luikinaar now.
