Very quick and responsive. He came out within two days to do the inspection visit then did the required sealing repairs right then. He charged a very reasonable rate and gave a three year roof certification with a guarantee on any roof leaks or shingle loss up to a bundle for the next three years all for just a few hundred dollars. Very professional, great communication! I love this company so far and as a Realtor I look forward to partnering with this company again! The roof guarantee for the next three years was very comforting to my buyer! Nice experience!!

I called for an estimate for a new roof and was given an appointment within 48 hours. Mason arrived on time and was very professional. Mason went up on my roof and took pictures of the problems and gave me an idea of the amount of life left in my roof. I had a couple of cracked vents and Mason fixed them for free. The bid for the roof replacement was lower than what I expected. I am very impressed with the service given by Pioneer Roofing.
