We have been going to Olympus Cove Vet Clinic for a decade and have nothing but positive reviews for Dr. T and his team. They have always been honest, supportive, and affordable. They find ways to fit us in promptly and I’ve never felt rushed while in the appointment (If anything, sometimes I’m concerned I’m taking up too much of their time).While I understand that some may want to be coddled during an exam, I appreciate the direct and clear communication style regarding the seriousness of my pet’s medical care. My cat has been extremely sick twice in the past six weeks--to the point of refusing food and water, not peeing or pooping, and vomiting bile for nearly three days straight. I've taken her to Olympus Cove 3 times, and each time I called the evening before and they fit her in in a "drop off" appointment (I drop her off at opening, they say they will get to her when they can. Each time she was seen within about 1-2 hours). They're very communicative. At each appointment the vet talked to me for about ten minutes over the phone to let me know what was going on, suggest what procedures or treatment should be done, and gave me a cost estimate before they proceeded. We found Olympus Cove Vet Clinic late on a Friday night when our dog was showing symptoms of a blockage. They were closing in 30 minutes but they all stayed late to help us. The staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. T helped explain things to us and he gave us our options. He had concern for our dog and we did not feel pressured into making decisions. We ended up having surgery for the blockage. Dr. T did a fantastic job taking care of him and I’m happy to report he is doing extremely well. Not only did Dr. T follow up with me on Sunday, a day where the office is closed, his staff has called me every day for 7 days to see how he is feeling and answer any of my questions....read full review
