Update… for 9/4/2026 . My second time visiting the spa and had Richard again. He did a fantastic job! He listened carefully to what I needed and communicated with me throughout the process, explaining what he was doing. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail.
90 minute deep tissue, always what I book. And every time, I wish I would have booked for 120 minutes. Best massage experience ever. RIchard, Jule, Donna. All are amazing and work magic for my needs.
My wife and I had an incredible 90‑minute deep‑tissue couples massage with Ezralea and Marco at Matrixx Spa & Massage. Both therapists were exceptionally skilled, attentive, and perfectly in sync with what each of us needed. The pressure, technique, and flow were spot‑on from start to finish. We walked out feeling lighter / like walking on clouds, perfectly relaxed, and genuinely cared for. This was one of the best couples massages we’ve ever had. Highly recommend both Ezralea and Marco — they’re outstanding.
