Good experience. They were straight to the point on the phone. Not trying to upsell monthly plans. Came out the next day, showed up on time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Can’t tell if it is effective but I’m sure it will be. I’ll update this review if not!

I'm writing a review for Legacy Pest Control because I'm impressed with their responsiveness and excellent customer service. They just came a couple of days ago, so I'll need to do a follow up review to comment on the efficacy of their service. I called them on a Thursday, because my own efforts to take care of a mouse problem had been ineffective. They answered my call, and were very friendly and helpful. They were very transparent about the service they provide and what it costs. They were not available same day, but they were able to come the next day, on Friday. They came to my house from weber County in the pouring rain I absolutely appreciate how respectful the guy was and got drenched on top of everything still a great attitude. We definitely be using this company again.
