Legacy has taken care of my home for over a year. They are always easy to schedule, prompt and courteous. They always explain any their concerns and they answer all of my questions. I have great experience with them.
I called Legacy Pest Control after 12 pm on a Friday afternoon needing service that day. I was having a family gathering in my backyard the next day and was having my patio over-run with an early hatch of box elder bugs. I couldn't tolerate the thought of battling the bugs and hosting my grandkids in that space. My regular guy couldn't come early, 2 other companies couldn't fit me in on that short of notice, but Legacy came to the rescue! Charlie, the technician was kind, polite, and thorough. If there was a 10 star rating, they would have it! Thanks Legacy!
Good experience. They were straight to the point on the phone. Not trying to upsell monthly plans. Came out the next day, showed up on time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Can’t tell if it is effective but I’m sure it will be. I’ll update this review if not!
