Very nice and accommodating. He explained what he was doing every step. He took the size if my dogs into consideration. He went above and beyond. I really felt like I got my money's worth!
I am a property manager and I use to use someone else, once I found Sam I don't use anyone else. Sam has one of the best cutomer service skills. He does amazing work and stand by has work, He has treated mice, rats, roaches and spider on many of our property, once he treats them I rarely have to call back, he always follow up with the tenant to make sure the situation has been resolved.
I am a realtor in the Salt Lake, Davis and Utah County areas, and I have used Bug Bully for VA termite inspections that are required on all veterans home purchases who use the VA loan option.I have had exceptional service from this company. They are easy to schedule with, and inspections get done correctly and quickly.
