Five stars isn’t enough for Ben and Lamberson Auto Sport. I’ve dealt with a lot of shops over the years, and Ben is easily the most genuine, knowledgeable, and customer-focused mechanic I’ve ever met.
I was in the middle of a big DIY job on my 2016 Audi A7 (PCV, water pump, thermostat) and after reassembly the car would start a couple times and then wouldn’t start at all. We can wholeheartedly agree with all previous reviews, he is an exceptional & more importantly honest and trustworthy mechanic, the best I ever encountered in Germany or the US.
We were left stranded in Moab with a broken air suspension, a niche Volkswagen part that required specific expertise. Ben not only knew exactly what the issue was, he helped us diagnose it via phone, and also squeezed us in to get us back on the road as soon as possible!
As previous reports also confirm, he is going above and beyond.
