Let me start by saying that I typically do ALL auto repairs myself, because I learned the hard way early on that is difficult to truly trust mechanic shops, unnecessary repairs and upselling. I have been traveling a LOT for work recently, so I had nowhere enough time to do this particular repair myself, so I needed to find a good mechanic to get this done while I was away. Now, I already knew exactly what the problem was (bad alternator in my Highlander), I knew exactly how long it would take to remove the old one, install the new one and reassemble the radiator hose. Had a tune up, break job, and some other minor mechanical repairs done.Carlos was great to communicate with by text, which made setting this up easier while I was at work.Dropped it off on Thursday and it was done Saturday.My wife loves having the 'get up and go' back in her car.The customer service was great. I'll be bringing our other vehicle here as well!
