I never expected to have the experience I did last weekend at Jed’s. The friendliness and level of service went far beyond anything I could have imagined. Every single staff member made me feel genuinely welcomed, and I only wish I could remember all their names so I could thank them personally. What an incredible team. Five stars does not seem adequate. It was my first visit, but it absolutely won’t be my last. I’m already looking forward to coming back and bringing my son with me. I have no doubt he’s going to love it just as much as I did.

My haircut was with, the very talented, Sean. Fantastic! A barber who listens to what you want, makes sure he has it right and then cuts and styles to perfection. I rarely give 5 stars, the Golden Buzzer, but Sean earned it.

Gone here for almost 7-8 years now. Getting the same haircut every time. Not sure what’s going on but whether I show pictures or spend longer describing what I want it’s like it’s in one ear and out the other. I’ve had poor experiences the last 3 times. Sorry but not going back anymore. The lady today says “ya I’m not sure I know how to do that” when it came to doing a 1 around the ears?!
