I had some power steering issues with my truck. I took it here based on a referral from a very well known and respected car mechanic that I've been using for a while now. They said it was fixed, but I still had oil dripping and similar issues as when I originally took it in. I had them look at it again while getting an oil change. I was told it was ok and that they didn't think it was the power steering. I monitored it and dealt with it for about a year and a half, during that year and half I had been in communication with Brock the Service Manager trying to keep him up to date. Then it finally let go and leaked out severley. I took it in to them and found out it was the power steering, it was the part they fixed. Brock and his team had it fixed that same day under full parts/labor warranty even though it was almost 6 months out of warranty. Brock even went a step further and completely pressure washed and cleaned the whole engine bay for me. He didn't have to do that. I wasn't sure how they were going to handle my situation, I was a little nervous that they wouldn't cover it. They did and they went above and beyond. They owned it and they were honest about it. Everyone, even experts, make mistakes. What's important is how those mistakes are handled, they handled it great! I highly recommend them! Good job Brock and Industrial Injection! Thank you!

If you think you are going to use these guys to save money instead of just buying parts from the manufacturer don’t waste your time. I sent them injectors and a fuel rail and all my fuel lines for them to inspect and clean. They said I needed new injectors so I went shopping and their stock injectors were more than Komatsu’s. Then when I got back my order all the zip ties on my fuel lines were cut off which I specifically left a note to leave on. Went to install the fuel rail they cleaned and now the pressure sensor was testing bad and I had to order a new one and I have to now pull the fuel rail and replace it because it now has leaks on it. Had no issues with any of these parts before (other than the injectors) I just wanted to get them sent off to be cleaned and inspected and they came back worse so I wouldn’t waste your time with these guys just buy new stuff! Or talk to the dealer.

Military discount??? So, looking for injectors, I came across Industrial Injection. Found what I wanted, parked a cart and thought, I wonder if they offer a military discount? Why not check. Didn’t really matter, I was gonna order them anyways but every little bit of savings helps, right?
Ok, looking at their page, they do offer a military discount, but you have to call and verify service. I did that and here’s where the catch is. Long story, short, if you get the military discount, you don’t get free shipping. Order without the discount and you get free shipping. It’s nearly a wash. So why does it matter if I do one or the other?
Here’s where I’m getting. As I said, it didn’t matter. I was going to order them anyways. And I did. I’m just a little irritated that they try to lure Veterans in with a discount, when really, there isn’t one. This just left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t know that I will be a returning customer. Look, do the discount, don’t do the discount, whatever. But don’t advertise something that all you are doing is moving cost from one hand to the other. To me, that’s being dishonest. And to Veterans, which isn’t Ok in my book.

I can’t begin to tell everyone reading these posts how great this company is , they really do a great job and genuinely care about the quality of work they do . I have had them do injectors and turbo’s for my Dodge and they are there for you even after you have paid them, which is hard to find now days, they truly care about there customers and I would recommend then to anyone serious about getting there right built right.
