I cannot say enough good about IMLSS. Always knowledgeable and courteous. Always helpful and professional. I have had to ask many questions about locks, keys, and door knobs... and I always get an answer back quickly!
These guys are great! Helped with several unique requirements, like a double sided lock (asylum cylinder), programming and troubleshooting an access control panel (Sicunet is a nice system), and also great with substitutions and returns.
This place is great. The 1 star reviews below are all fake reviews from a scammer in the valley who I unfortunately know too well. He tried to scam an employee of this place so they refuse to sell to him any longer.
