She made sure that I had taken my medication as prescribed, that me residence was in order and that any assistance needed by me was addressed. Her sincerity was so appreciated and welcomed. When we were first introduced to this program, I was very hesitant due to my dad's unwilling nature to allow anyone who is not family into his room or space. I wanted to give it a try and I'm so glad I did because the first home helper caregiver they sent us was RON. Upon meeting RON, I immediately felt his warm and sincere care for my dad, my dad actually connected with him right away.
