About Community Nursing Services

CNS Home Health & Hospice, established in 1928, is Utah's oldest nonprofit home health care and hospice provider. Based in Salt Lake City, they offer a range of services including home health care, hospice care, pharmacy, immunization, respiratory care, and telehealth. CNS has a network of nine offices across Utah, allowing them to serve 93% of the state. They are committed to providing compassionate care for patients and their families throughout the healing process. Got an oxygen concentrator with a portable, shoulder sling, oxygen canister. The nice thing about the oxygen concentrator is that it pulls oxygen from the air, so you don't need to have it refilled, ever, like most other home oxygen suppliers require. They brought out everything when I needed it, and picked it up when I was done with it. Easy peasy.

Jared Suker is a Physical Therapist with CNS (Community Nursing Services). Jared more than cares about his patients. Jared is the one who pushed me to reach the goal for the leg and healing towards full weight baring once the doctor allowed. Jared's patience is a gift I am grateful for in the time he worked with me. Jared is more than a therapist he is an amazing coach providing exercises and structure. Thank you Jared Suker for the help you gave me.

I loved my nurse! Her name is Olga. She treated me with warmth, compassion and kindness. She treated me with respect and a kind of humanity which is downright lacking in the medical community right now. I hope they give Olga a big fat raise! Thank you CNS!
