I was having issues with my new laptop for several weeks and could not find anyone willing to look at it during a trip to Salt Lake City. Fortunately, Ryan at HepTech was recommended to my by another local company and he scheduled time for me to drop it off immediately. The laptop works great now, and Ryan was even willing to spend another day with it at no charge when it briefly started acting up again. I highly recommend this business!

Ryan was extremely helpful - after finding out my motherboard had crapped out, Ryan tracked down a refurbished laptop for me and got it up and running just in time for my big customer presentation.
