I have had the pleasure of working with Intelitechs for many years, and at two separate employers. You will find that the team which Jake and Eric have assembled is like nothing you have experienced from a technology firm before. INTELITECHS is a great company with an amazing team of technicians. They are responsive, patient when you aren't understanding the process, they do what they say they are going to do and in a timely manner. We have been working with the company since 2019. They just did a complete update and extension of all of our internet services without one single glitch. Highly, highly recommend Jake, Eric and their team, especially Tyler.

I've always used an industry specific IT Company because usually the IT companies can't figure out or work with my existing setup or software. Intelitechs jumped in with both feet and has made my life easier. They don't pressure me to upgrade everything, even though I know I could update many workstations. They are happy to work with my existing equipment and they let me know if something is critical. I've only been a customer for a few months, but I don't see myself looking for another IT company anytime soon! Added bonus is they are quick to answer all service calls/emails.
