Catherine is an absolute GODSEND. She is beyond skilled at finding the trouble areas, for example Psoas and QL that are very hard for most practitioners to find!

Mike is the most amazing massage therapists I've ever been to! I'd highly recommend him...especially if you are an athlete or work out and need massage to help with knots from working out. I just cannot recommend him enough.
