Colin was fantastic. I called to schedule an appointment and explained the issue over the phone while sending a few pictures. He recognized the problem before seeing the photos. He gave me clear instructions on how to fix it. Since the issue was resolved over the phone, there was no need for a visit or a diagnostic fee. I've saved his contact info; he will be the first arborist I call in the future.

Excellent experience with Greenlite--higly recommend!
Colin came to assess the health of our two large backyard trees and help us make a plan to ensure safety and long term health. He was clearly an expert and he gave us tons of helpful, specific information. And when he decided that the job would best be done by another company with different equipment, he very graciously didn't charge us for the assessment. This kind of customer service and generosity is hard to find and when we next need help with our trees, we will call Greenlite for sure!
