Rossy was amazing. I'm so happy I ran into her while she was working as she has a few days that she is there. She offered that I get the shampoo and conditioner, which even if it was more expensive, ended up being a great idea. She suggested a style of hair that I had never thought of that ended up enhancing what I had gotten done a few weeks back at another location. She was communicative and had great personality. She lifted my mood once I sat down in her chair and I was very satisfied with the haircut.

Just happened to be in the neighborhood and popped in, staff was friendly and pleasant. Rosie helped me out, listened to what I wanted and suggested some tips for my damaged hair. Although I live far from this place, I highly recommend you check out this location and when I am back out that way I will definitely check them out again ?awesome customer experience!!

Went to Great Clips for the first time ever today and it exceeded my expectations. First off, with this location specifically, I was VERY impressed with how modern it was and the cleanliness as well. Very refreshing and comforting atmosphere. The employee who cut my hair was very kind and accommodating. She works at another location usually so I will go see her there next time so I can give that location a shot as well! My only slight complaint is the haircut felt rushed. There were a couple people waiting so I assume that’s why.
