I started a grand experiment when SLFS reopened our cinemas post-pandemic - what would happen if rather than hire a marketing director, I had a whole agency at my side. Someone to create, strategize, and champion the SLFS mission and programs with more expertise (and a deep bench) than as a small nonprofit we could ever afford in staff member power.
