I've been going to Timi almost 15 years. She has a small but comfortable office. Timi gives above and beyond massage. Very professional and clean. Following COVID standards. She gives a very firm massage but you walk out feeling great. No pain. I had extra medical needs she also addresses. She has a few technics that' are amazing. If you like talking. She's a very intelligent lady to talk with thru the massage. Or quiet and just enjoy. Well worth the price $160/1.5 hours a $260 value with the Medical Grade Therapy Massage table.

Brenna is fantastic and the most skilled massage therapist/manual therapist I ever saw. She has been helping us with various issues (lymph drainage after surgeries, nerve issues, musculoskeletal..) for over a year, and it's been a huge help. Brenna is not 'just' loosening muscle cramps and tightness, but my entire body communicates better together after seeing her. The space is clean, welcoming, has a good air filter, and Focus Bodywork takes Covid-precautions very serious, so it felt safe to visit. Thank you!!!
