Turns out I have severe binocular vision disorder, which was causing headaches, motion sickness, light sensitivity, fatigue…. My new special glasses have changed my life. Broadway specializes in BVD. It was clear that I was in good hands the whole time. Also shoutout to their tech, Wind!! I’m autistic and have adhd, so the eye doctor gives me anxiety. Wind accommodated me through all the testing by removing distractions and describing each test before we did them. I was so grateful for their efforts to make me comfortable.“

We got notification the next day that my glasses are already shipped to the wrong address, despite verifying with the attendant our correct address twice. I am not going to dock stars for the local company, but the corporate Warby Parker needs to review their logistic, I just hope they got the right prescription.“

We were looking for glasses frames with clip on polarized sun glasses. She showed us a number of frames that she thought we might like. Once we had frames picked out she went to work with our insurance coverage and came up with a price for each of us for our new lenses and frames.
