Jude gets mentioned multiple times in the reviews because she is excellent. Jude reminds me of when customer passion, service and dedication mattered. Walmart had the premium frames Costco did not.

Mariah, did a wonderful job repairing my glasses today!
I needed my glasses fitted. Then 2 days ago I bent the left arm accidentally. I was lying in a hammock with my glasses on my stomach, then rolled over, naturally without remembering my glasses.
Mariah has the Midas touch! She not only made the repair but they were fitted all in one move. Her work made my day and now I can walk around looking smart with my glasses fitting my face🙌🏼

I recently visited the Vision Center at the Salt Lake City Walmart and had an exceptional experience thanks to Mariah. She was not only incredibly friendly but also extremely helpful. When I came in with an issue with my glasses, Mariah quickly took care of it by fixing them expertly and even took the extra step to clean them, making them look brand new. Impressively, she did all this free of charge, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s rare to encounter such genuine customer service and kindness.
