We decided to try empire since we have a hard time choosing a color at the store. I made appt. on line. Patrick the sales rep was very well informed with the procedure from start to finish. We picked a color in the room to be installed. The installation went well. There was a mix up with a a floor transition not being on the work order. Bryan the supervisor showed up the next day and brought some out. The installer showed up in a few days and it was fixed. We are very happy with the service and our new carpet looks great.
Patrick was very knowledgeable & professional. He showed us several different options & he was very willing to show us as many as we needed until we were happy with what we found.
We had Andres do our carpet at our at home, and he did an outstanding job. Me an my wife love stepping into our new comfortable carpet! I will be using his service again for any future projects!
