If I could give a six stars of this company's works, I would. Tyler was awesome, professional and a true hardworking guy. He did a superior job on cleaning our carpet. I couldn't believe he could clean the carpet so well and the carpet looks like 15 years younger. He even came back next day to touch up the stains again, and my husband was so pleased saying our carpet has never been this fresh look! He is a true professional that I have not meet someone this good. He explained everything in details before cleaning and he is honestly. Just had Tyler come by and work his magic on our 13 year old carpet. He was fast and efficient, going above and beyond for us! I highly recommend Elite for your carpet needs!
Friendly, professional, hard-working. I had my carpets cleaned, did a great job, and then the next morning my dog had an accident (perfect timing ?) Tyler squeezed me in without complaint, and even was willing to give a little discount for the spot cleaning.10/10 would recommend
