Matt, who installed the hardwood, was very professional and meticulous, delivering exceptional work. Daniel handled the sanding and refinishing and was not only skilled but also friendly and easy to work with.
Robert and Jen, the owners, oversaw the entire project and ensured everything stayed on track. Their communication was clear and timely, which gave us peace of mind. Jen went above and beyond with the finish work on the baseboards, showcasing her keen eye for detail. Jennifer and her crew were great to work with from start to finish. Scheduling-wise they kept to there timeline which was very helpful for the strict and tight timeline I was working with sequencing several contractors. One section of my floor was a pre-finished exotic (vs standard oak everywhere else) and so it was an extra bit of hassle to sand and to match the finishes between the exotic and oak. They spent time with me figuring out the best finish that would work best for my unique situation. The crew were cool guys and always very friendly and helpful when I stopped by to see progress. Final results look great. I'm very pleased with my like-new-again floors. When I eventually replace the exotic to match the oak, I will use Elegant Hardwoods again.
