Got my dot physical Dr Izzy's is the best I highly recommend that y'all come and see him if you need one.and plz don't forget to tip him.you'll feel very cool and relax.
Dr. Parkes is the best, most efficient, and most knowledgeable CDL DOT Medical Examiner in Utah, and probably the nation. He is witty, very funny, and makes each 30 minute visit a joyful experience. He will recommend the best course of action if you're dealing with something like medications, or an address change, etc. He files the paperwork with your state DMV and the national registry immediately during your visit, which is invaluable if you're up against the suspension date as I always seem to be.
He's always on time. He'll become your regular once you visit. I think I've seen him for a decade now. Thanks for saving me again Dr. Izzy!... read full review
Dr. Izzy is great! very personable, friendly, and respectful, he was able to meet my schedule and had paper work ready to go in no time at all, nice neat and organized, $90 well worth it !
