I have called 3 times. Each time I call I am told the person that I need to speak with is busy. I leave my phone number and never get a call back. My home has holiday lighting installed from Dynamite Lights and I would like help programming it. So far still no response. My advice would be to make sure you don't have any questions remaining before you pay the bill. Because after-sales support is nonexistent.

Tye, one of the owners, came out and bid the install within 48 hours and had the job completed within another 48 hours. It was significantly less than I was told previously by another source. A couple of rains have gone by and seems to be doing wonderfully. I cannot remember the technician’s name but he was fantastic, as well. Very quick and thorough, with no mess left behind. Should I need anything down the road, I will not hesitate to go straight to Double T.

Double T installed a custom bay awning for me, and they exceeded all expectation from knowledge on the first phone call to install. I would highly recommend this company for any exterior needs.
