Dr. Garling was very observant, kind, efficient and professional. You can rest assured and feel at ease knowing he is a true caring professional. He knows exactly what he is doing. He really cares for his patients.
Dr Garling at Dermatology Affiliates makes things so convenient. He comes to Rock Springs and the appointment process is super easy online. When made, you walk in, sign in, and wait for just a few. Then he comes and gets ya, listens to your concerns, does what he does and he makes my day :)
My husband and I were referred by another Doctors office ( because we couldn’t get in until January 2025) we absolutely had a great experience ! Great staff ! Adam the PA was so kind and professional. We definitely will be coming here from now on ! I saw they also provided aesthetic services at their office .
