Dr Garling at Dermatology Affiliates makes things so convenient. He comes to Rock Springs and the appointment process is super easy online. When made, you walk in, sign in, and wait for just a few. Then he comes and gets ya, listens to your concerns, does what he does and he makes my day :)

I was impressed that I got in so quick, but I was not impressed with no secretary at the desk just an iPad not professional. He didn’t act like he was concerned. He just wanted to get me out of there as quick as they could won’t be going back.
