I’ve had great experiences at the Cookie Cutter location in Millcreek! I’ve been taking my son there for about three years. Rachel has been so great with him, and she is always so friendly! Parking can be tough sometimes, but once you find one, it’s a one stop shop for sandwiches, coffee or ice cream right next door after the haircut.

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for the wonderful experience we had yesterday. The staff was so kind, patient, and professional from the moment we arrived.

I brought my children with me, and I was especially impressed with how the team treated my 3-year-old. They made my child feel comfortable, and the appointment went so smoothly without any crying, screaming, or fear. My 9-year-old also received excellent care and had a very positive experience.

If you have a kid who views a pair of shears as a personal threat, do yourself a favor and book an appointment here. My son had his moments of pure panic, but our stylist handled it like an absolute angel incredibly gentle, endlessly patient, and completely unfazed.​Not only did she actually listen to what I wanted, but his hair looks fantastic. the movie setup total distraction, zero tears, and he actually relaxed.To top it all off, they’re running a back-to-school special where booking your next visit nabs you $4 off. Saving money while ensuring my child doesn't look feral for school pictures? Say less. We will definitely be back.
