James came out to see our front yard and to talk through what we were looking for. He had great ideas and seemed to really know what he was talking about. I was excited about potentially working with them, he said he would have my quote by the next day however I have heard nothing from them. I have reached out twice but still nothing.

They did fantastic work fixing my sprinkler system and adding a new line. I had multiple irregular setup issues that the previous house owner installed himself. They fixed all of the old issues as well as the issues I called them for. Great work!Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I used to have them turn my sprinklers on and off that was fine. When I had them replace my sprinkler clock, the one they replace it with didn’t work. I realize it at first since I was not living in the house and it was vacant. My lawn almost died. When I asked them to fix it, they ghosted me. It took months of me calling and texting and finally threatening to sue them to get them to respond. DONT use this company.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I had Clearwater doing start up and shut down service for me for years and everything was fine. I needed a new sprinkler clock so I had them install one. There was some sort of defect with the sprinkler clock from the moment it was installed. I asked Jeff to fix it or replace it. It took months of calling and texting to even get a response to get them to look at the clock they installed. They finally replaced the clock after lying multiple times about what was wrong with the clock. DO NOT trust this company.
