I recently needed to plan a celebration of life for my mother who passed away. The staff is extremely kind and patient, with such sensitive and emotional situations they are presented. I have felt nothing but fully supported and comfortable since working with their team. Elizabeth and Debbie have been so lovely to work with, as well as all other staff that I have met. They provide guidance and support through the whole planning process, and connected me with optional vendors and ways to support executing each detail of the celebration.

Dealing with death, and planning for death, are very difficult subjects. City View Mortuary was outstanding in helping my father and me in all aspects of my mother's passing. Adam, Elizabeth and Debbie did everything possible to comfort me, create a 'safe space' for emotions, and take care of my mother's body, cremation, service and aftermath. I truly do not think they could have done a better job in these difficult circumstances. They are compassionate, timely and professional in every way. I highly recommend. Thank you, heart and soul.

My cousin and I met with Debbie, Elizabeth and Adam in March to start the the process of carrying out his wife’s wishes when she dies, which at that time could be in the next few months. They were extremely compassionate, gracious and helpful, giving us a sense of what the costs might be, how to secure a burial spot, choose and purchase a casket and design a headstone. Debbie took some of our ideas about the headstone and went right to work creating a piece of art to mark the grave and represent Liz.
