I am coughing so much. My throat is raw and my ears hurt. I cannot sleep. I asked for cough syrup and was told no. I am 53 years old, I know what works and what doesn’t. The PA looked at me and said I can’t. I do not smoke , drink or do drugs. I have never smoked anything of any kind. I am not a drug seeker but felt like one. I left with antibiotics but nothing to help with the major issues.
Providers are good, but I did-not like the drug screening area, which is too open, I was expecting a private area for each provider at drug screening. Except that all the staff are super sweet.
Couldn't have found a better Urgent Care. Walked in and greeted with care. Wait time minimal. Dr was amazing. What i thought i needed, based on the information from my home care facility, he advised i wait until I return home. If you ever need help, while traveling, and coming through Salt Lake City....come here.
