Katt was amazing. She took very good care of me and my hair. Very sweet and kind person; honestly felt like we were old friends catching up. She wanted to make sure my cut was everything I wanted; a huge plus in her service. The whole salon was very clean, organized, friendly atmosphere, and everyone was super nice to my husband and I. We were offered water right away. She took my jacket to hang in the closet. Restrooms were very clean. My husband was able to sit with me in the back instead of the waiting area alone. 10/10 and I will definitely be returning. Thanks Katt and Cake Hair Salon!

I found this place browsing the internet because I needed to get a haircut. I had previously visited other places and I was always upset because my hair didn't look the way I liked, but in this place it was different, I loved how they cut my hair! The attention is first class, they are very friendly and have the patience of an angel! Today I went to dye my hair and I was very happy with the result! I highly recommend this place!

Went here impulsively while I was in Salt Lake City for a conference, and loved the vibe! Katelyn was so sweet and really took the time to understand my hair type, vision, maintence, and overall hair needs. If I was ever back I would't hesitate to go again and would reccomend her to all Salt Lake City residents!

Very happy with my experiences as a new client at this salon! Was initially attracted by the accepting/inclusive environment, and now I continue coming in for the convenient location and hours, professional operation, reasonable pricing, and, of course, excellent hair cuts and styling by Katelyn! She recently did my first ever dye job and blew me away with the results. Thanks for accommodating my vision so beautifully!

The two people I had working on my hair where very sweet. I went in to get my hair cut and to have little strands of brown/red put in. I showed them a picture but had never done anything like it before. I picked a cherry coke color and there may be around 4 to 6 strands of that color. I wish there would have been more but by the time we finished up it was almost 8pm and I don’t really want to pay even extra after the $130 before tip to get more in. I am sure that there is fault on my end and it’s possible that there was a lack of communication on my end. So I don’t want to fault the stylist. I just wish there would have been more time to do it with more color like the photo I had shown them.
